Large Small Mini & Micro Sandblasting Cabinet
Sand Blast Cabinet is a cabinet consisting of many components use for sandblasting the substrate surface. Sandblasting is a process in which blasting abrasives is sand. Sandblasting Cabinet is a cabinet having all-in-one features. Sand Blast Cabinet we use this cabinet only for abrasives like 30/60 Mesh, Steel grit, Aluminum grit, Copper Slag, etc. That is used for blasting on the surface of the substrate. Cabinet eliminates the requirement of safety equipment because the cabinet protects the operator from the microparticles of abrasive media. There is no difference between the cabinet like Grit Blasting Cabinet, Sand Blasting Machine, and Shot Blasting Machine. Sand Blasting Cabinet differs only on behalf of Pressure, Wet & Suction Blasting Cabinet. In front of the cabinet, it has a two-hole section in which we can put hands into gauntlets that having gloves for a blasting workpiece. sand blast Cabinet consists of a closed package of Sandblasting Dust collector, Sandblasting Machine, Gloves, Sandblasting Hopper, etc. Outside the cabinet when sandblasting is completed then there is an air gun for cleaning up residue particles from the surface of the workpiece.

Types of Sand Blasting Cabinet
Sandblasting Cabinet or Machine is categorized into four types as per sandblasting workpiece.

- Mini Sandblasting Cabinet.
- Micro Sandblasting Cabinet.
Large Sandblasting Cabinet:
In Large Sand Blast Cabinet, there is a big cabinet according to the workpiece for sandblasting. The size of the abrasive pressure blast cabinet is large enough to have blasting on the big surfaces of a substrate. Having Sandblasting gun for sandblasting with dust collector & Reclaimer for collecting the dust & to reclaim the abrasives from the collector. Sandblasting Hopper is also big due to sand blaster cabinet size abrasives quantity one poured into a hopper. Large viewing angle for Large Sand Blast cabinet for sandblasting the workpiece.
Small Sandblasting Cabinet:
Small Sand Blast Cabinet is a cabinet for medium-sized cabinet in which Substrate like parts of a fighter plane, Tanks, defense vehicles & military equipment. This cabinet is in a rectangular shape that allows a long heightened workpiece for sandblasting. The small sand blast cabinet is a very popular demand for applications in the military field.
Mini Sandblasting Cabinet:
This Mini Sand Blast Cabinet is used for Mini components of Miltary Equipment like Tank Pipe, Rotor & other equipment. Mini Sandblasting Cabinet requires less space as a comparison to the Large Sandblasting cabinet. Mini Sand Blast Cabinet is mostly used in navy to sandblasting the components of Ships, Submarine inside the water.
Micro sandblasting Cabinet:
Micro Sandblasting Cabinet is a widely used cabinet for small components like nuts, bolts, components of Defense & military Equipment. These types of Micro Sand Blast Cabinets are widely used for sandblasting the substrate surface. Micro Sand Blast Cabinet carried out Sandblasting in different ways by this class of cabinet.
Working of Sand Blasting Cabinet
On the basis of Working:
There three ways of working in the cabinet.
- Pressure Blasting Cabinet
In the Pressure Blasting Cabinet, There is a pressure pot at the bottom of the hopper. In Pressure, pot pressure is created towards the abrasives & compressed air through a mixer tube. It requires 65-110 CFM & 6-7 kg/cm2 compressed air.
- Wet Blasting Cabinet
In Wet Blasting Cabinet, There is the same working as in Suction Blasting Cabinet. But in this cabinet Water & compressed air both are used for wet blasting process. It is cheaper than both Pressure & Suction as it uses water & abrasives as blasting media. In this, the pressure of compressed air is 35 CFM & 6-7 kg/cm2.
- Suction Blasting Cabinet
Suction Blasting Cabinet works on the phenomenal process of suction. In this, the gun has two inlet hole, one for abrasive suction & another one for creating a vacuum. Vacuum creation forms a suction process inside the suction blasting cabinet sandblasting gun.
On the basis of abrasive used for blasting:
As we have many abrasive to use for blasting the surface of the substrate. On the basis of physical properties, shape, density, volume, size, surface behavior, Sieve analysis & Chemical analysis of abrasive. We have different types of abrasives like Garnet Sand, Garnet Mesh, Balls, Shots, Grits, Plastic abrasive, Aluminum oxide, Slag, Quartz Sand, and Silicon Carbide & Aluminum Silicate.
NOTE: Cabinet includes a complete package of Machine, all equipment required for Sandblasting & it eliminates the requirement of safety equipment.
