Pneumatic Shot Blasting Machine
A pneumatic shot blasting machine uses compressed air for blasting. The pneumatic blasting machine also takes the form of blasting cabinets. The shot blasting media is pneumatically accelerated by compressed air and propelled by sand blasting nozzle onto the component. For some special applications, a media-water mix can be used, this is called a wet blasting machine.
In both air and wet blasting the shot blasting nozzles can be installed in fixed positions or manually operated. The shot blasting task determines the type of abrasive media, in most cases, any type of dry or free-running abrasive media can be used.
Airless Shot Blasting Machine
Airless Shot Blasting Machine is also called wheel blasting machines. A wheel blasting machine uses a concept that directly converts electric motor energy into kinetic abrasive energy by rotating a turbine wheel. The capacity of the turbine wheel goes from approximately 60 kg per minute up to 1200kg/min.
